Abstract

The main aim of the article is to present an overview about mechatronic systems application in various areas of industry. There are summarized the latest knowledge as well as applications in specific areas as CNC machine tools design, industrial, mobile and collaborative robotics, military industry, transport and logistic systems, automated production lines and cells, systems for Ambient assisted living technology, etc. These include integrated machine condition evaluation systems, machine vibration suppression systems and the deployment of general modern intelligent mechatronic systems in the field of mechanical engineering. The understanding of such systems can be considered as a key feature in their successfully application in praxis.
