Abstract

Time-domain measurement of feedback-controlled electro-optically tunable time delay and advance in silicon microring resonators is presented. We demonstrate time delay and advance of 47ps to 42ps with delay and advance bandwidths of ∼5.8GHz and ∼5.3GHz.
