The time-of-flight imaging system using amplitude modulated continuous wave (AMCW) technology often suffers from measurement non-linearity because of aliasing harmonics, and temperature changes. It is required to correct these errors by using calibration. We demonstrate a correction method based on Delay Line (DLL). The proposed method has advantages of operation simplicity, fast calibration time.
