Abstract

A strategy for avoiding the ICI (Inter Cell Interference) termed LBLC (Location-Based Loading Control) for downlink FH-OFDMA (Frequency Hopping Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) systems over multi-cell environments with a frequency reuse factor of 1 is described.
