Abstract
The aim of this research is to examine the job satisfaction and job performance levels of amputee football referees according to some demographic variables and to investigate the relationship between them. The model of the research is the relational survey model, one of the general survey models. The universe of the research consists of amputee football referees who actively work in Amputee Football Leagues in the years 2020-2021. The reached sample group (n=86) constitutes 96% of the population. "Job satisfaction scale" developed by Chang and Chang (2007) and adapted to Turkish by Koca and Yıldız (2018), "Job Performance Scale" developed by Koca and Yıldız (2018) were used as data collection tools in the research. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 program. In the analysis of the obtained data, firstly descriptive statistical methods (number, percentage, mean, standard deviation) were used. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test results were examined in order to determine whether the data showed a normal distribution, and it was determined that the data were not normally distributed. Since it did not show a normal distribution, Mann Whitney U Test was used for paired group comparisons and Kruskal Wallis H Test was used for comparisons of more than two groups. In addition, Spearman Rank Correlation Test, which is one of the nonparametric tests, was used to reveal the relationship between job performance and job satisfaction. The significance level was accepted as p
