The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 program. In the analysis of the obtained data, firstly descriptive statistical methods (number, percentage, mean, standard deviation) were used. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test results were examined in order to determine whether the data showed a normal distribution, and it was determined that the data were not normally distributed. Since it did not show a normal distribution, Mann Whitney U Test was used for paired group comparisons and Kruskal Wallis H Test was used for comparisons of more than two groups. In addition, Spearman Rank Correlation Test, which is one of the nonparametric tests, was used to reveal the relationship between job performance and job satisfaction.
