Recent developments in metal-oxide-metal detector technology

Abstract

Recent progress in the use of the M-O-M detector as an optical or submillimeter nonlinear element is summarized. The theory of behavior will be considered, and a complete bibliography of M-O-M research and applications papers covering the 18 years since first disclosure will be made available.
