First of all, the influence factors of the process are analyzed from six aspects, such as employee, manufacturing equipment, material, process method, measurement and production processing environment. Secondly, based on this, the weight of each factor is calculated by DEMATEL method and entropy weight method, and the influencing factors are sorted by comprehensive weight. Finally, the method is applied to a practical example.
