Abstract

This paper proposes and designs a broadband RCS reduction(RCSR) technique based on the composite mechanism of absorption and scattering modulation, which reduces RCS by absorption in the relatively low and high, and intermediate frequency bands, and by phase canceling in the other frequency bands, so that the overall RCS will be reduced.
