The vestige of riluzole medicine only disorder modification drug which utilized for the disorder treatment. These drugs have power to improve the cycle of living. In the operation of motor neuron disorder the intensive treatment are important which can be multifunctional. And noninvasive respiratory therapy that involves the delivery of air or a mixture of oxygen combined with other gases by positive pressure into the lungs which can improves the chances of living in MND cases in case of disturbance of exhalation and inhalation. Motor neuron disorder is found further generally in males than females.
