Intergrated Production System using ERP and MES

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to present the idea of the use of integrated ERP, APS and MES systems to automatic reporting of data from production, which will improve the accuracy of automatic analysis in Business Intelligence module. This article also discusses the problems of integrating ERP and MES-systems to build a unified enterprise management system. The analysis of the levels and automation systems is carried out the tasks on the integration of these systems are formulated and solved. The conclusion is made about the feasibility of building the information environment of an enterprise using various types of automated systems that are used in their functional purpose.
