The authors feel that an understanding of the major paradigms in education as well as those critical to educational management and administration is a universal calling. Abstract

In this study, an attempt was made to explore and examine the influence of changing paradigms on educational management. In approaching the chapter, the authors discussed the status-quo by describing the traditional management paradigm.
