Abstract

The misuse or negative impact of advances in information technology through computerized systems and internet networks is known as Cybercrime or cyber crime. One of the acts of cyber crime that often occurs in our society today is a crime in the field of decency, namely the crime of cyber pornography (cyberpornography). Cyber pornography itself may be interpreted as the spread of pornographic content through the internet. The spread of cyber pornography crimes that are rampant today is mostly done through the internet, especially using social media. Not only adults and young people who are the audience but children also participate can easily access it. A legal product is needed that can reach more deeply into the perpetrators of pornography crimes, considering that as mentioned above in relation to existing regulations, it still seems that there is legal confusion and even overlaps in the meaning of the meaning of the article, namely between what is meant by "pornography" as referred to in the Act. Law on Pornography and what is meant by content that violates decency as stipulated in the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions.
