Abstract

In electromyography, the muscles and nerve cells are assessed for their health condition. EMG monitoring facilities are presently restricted to health care centres and portable systems are not very functional and prone to inaccurate measurements. In this project, we have tried to build an IoT enabled system which monitors the EMG signals of an individual, filters it using the optimal denoising algorithm, SASS and uploads this data onto a ThingSpeak cloud database for monitoring by the concerned health professionals.
