À partir de 2 cas cliniques, un épanchement articulaire et un épanchement pleural, deux approches médicales, homéopathique et anthroposophique, de deux médicaments communément prescrits dans ces indications : Bryonia alba et Stannum metallicum avec l’intérêt de la forme injectable.

Based on 2 clinical cases, joint effusion and pleural effusion, two medical approaches, homeopathic and anthroposophic, of two drugs commonly prescribed for these indications: Bryonia alba and Stannum metallicum with the benefit of the injectable form.
