Abstract
This article evaluates the correlation between resonance characteristics shifts of the extended interaction cavities due to fabrication errors, including resonance frequency shift, quality factor shift, and effective impedance shift. Assuming the fabrication errors are random variables conforming to the normal distribution, we build the cavity models with random fabrication errors and perform the correlation analysis of resonance characteristics by the Monte Carlo method. The results show that these resonance characteristics shifts are uncorrelated or weakly correlated.
