Abstract

The chapter analyses the modern approaches to the organization of school meal based on the food pedagogy model. We proved its effectiveness for achieving sustainable development goals using the results of selection, analysis, logical generalization of information presented in the online resources Elsevier, PubMed, ResearchGate, eLIBRARY.RU. It is confirmed that the implementation of the model in practice requires special measures both at the institutional level and at the level of educational institutions themselves. Collaboration and interdisciplinary approach are the base for the development of those measures.
