Abstract
The paper examines the reasons for the emergence and functioning of organizations as sub-jects of law. Organizations as subjects of law are legal entities that arise at the will of the founders in accordance with accepted procedures. It is not people who enter into relations with organizations as legal entities, but subjects of law, i.e. individuals. The interaction of legal entities and individuals entering into relations determined by the law forms a complex network of relations, which determines the existence of society itself. The functioning of each legal entity in the network is a process of continuous formation of society as an integrity, transforming people into individuals, as basic fragments of the global network of society. This network is a tool formed by society as a form of society's reflection on its existence.
