Using the analytic hierarchy process, weighting coefficients of target indicators are determined. An approach to the comprehensive analysis of organizations based on fuzzy representations is presented, which is based on the use of a utility function and linguistic representation of variables. A methodology of integral rating estimation using benchmarking technologies is proposed. Based on the results obtained by the developed methodology, it is possible to make a conclusion about the practicability of taking measures in the field of energy saving. Abstract

Intellectualization of power supply systems is directly related to the estimation and analysis of performance indicators of facilities using new information technologies to improve the quality of facility management.
