The article considers the essential features of social entrepreneurship that distinguish it from classical entrepreneurial activity, as well as other legal institutions that are close to social entrepreneurship in their content. Conclusions. A more precise description of the nature and properties of social entrepreneurship, its difference from similar concepts in content or sound, is presented. This analysis allows us to draw intermediate conclusions about the effectiveness of the current legislation, as well as formulate proposals for improving its regulatory legislation.
