A novel method to represent spectrum management policies

Abstract

Policy Reasoner (PR) plays a key role in the implementation of the policy-based approach. This paper introduces a novel method to express spectrum management policies, which can facilitate the design of the reasoning algorithms. We compare it with the traditional way and give the simulation results. Finally its advantages and applicable condition are summarized.
