Agile capability delivery as an aspect of national power

Abstract

Here, I summarise major points in the Ukraine war and analyse how the war is being fought and what we might learn. The war has taught us to use a blend of civilian and military capacities as well as integrating and continuously evolving technologies: cyber, electronic warfare, space, manned and unmanned systems and smart weapons to keep our theory of winning ahead of that of the opposition. Defeating a peer adversary needs mobilisation across all our socio-economy and do so as a coalition with allies, academia and industry.
