Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of political based recruitment (PbR) dimensions on the quality of governmental services in Palestinian public ministries. The study examined the impact through four major independent variables, which are: independency of decision making, fairness in providing governmental services, official job abuse for personal interest, and self-autonomy of the organization.
