Analysis findings described that work overload, job stress and work-life conflict have a negative impact on job satisfaction in dual-profession couples. And if the organization provides support, then these problems may reduce. This study helps and guides managers, policymakers and market leaders in order to develop a flexible and supportive organizational culture to boost their workers’ job contentment.
