This research demonstrates that the termination of employment (PHK) policy utilized as an alibi by some organizations during the COVID-19 epidemic was regarded unreasonable because several corporations invoked force majeure. Abstract

Termination of Employment is an activity from the company that is very feared by workers who are still actively working, and it happened mainly in the past few years. This study is based on a liturgical analysis from various data sources, which is supposed to be valid and is carried out from March 2020 to March 2021, based on conditions currently experienced by the community.
