Then, the weights of each index are calculated by AHP method and entropy weight method respectively. Finally, the combined weights of each index are calculated by Lagrange least multiplier method, combining with actual data. The model is used to rank and evaluate the operation of the crew. Abstract

In order to improve the accuracy of quality evaluation in operation of navigable crew, a model of crew operation quality evaluation system based on improved entropy weight method is proposed in this paper.
