Abstract

Motion pedestrian detection and tracking is one of the key technologies in the safe driving assistant navigation technology for smart vehicles in urban traffic environment. It plays an important role in promoting the development of smart vehicle technology and ensuring the urban road traffic safety. In order to solve the problem of pedestrian traffic and pedestrian safety in urban traffic environment, the pedestrian detection and tracking method based on monocular vision is studied. The algorithm design and implementation process of detecting and tracking pedestrian movement from complex scenes are introduced in detail. A method of analyzing pedestrian movement is given. Finally, the proposed method is validated. The results show that this method is effective.
