Materials and Methods: Quantitative determination was carried out by ion exchange liquid chromatography. For qualitative and quantitative analysis of amino acids, the method of ion exchange liquid-column chromatography (the principle of action is based on the acid-alkaline properties of these compounds) and the automatic analyzer 339 M of the firm “Microtechna” (Czech Republic) Conclusion: The analysis of pills based on cryolophilized xenoderm of pigs with lecithin on the content of amino acids in the investigated objects was performed.
