Prediction of Development Investment of Power Grid Company based on Internal and External Factors

Abstract

Development investment provides a strong resource support for the production and operation of power grid enterprises, and it is a systematic plan for the overall implementation of enterprise strategy. It is of great significance to research on the prediction of development investment and accurately predict the scale of development investment. We consider the internal and external factors that affect the development investment of power grid enterprise, and build new development investment prediction models based on principal component regression from three perspectives of internal factors, external factors and integration of internal and external factors. The prediction accuracy of new models are empirically compared based on the real data. The empirical results show that a better prediction effect can be obtained by considering the internal factors of power grid operation and the external factors of macroeconomic operation
