Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to combine the ability of fuzzy set to represent more realistic situations with the well-established traditional queueing network model problem. We propose an fuzzification of M/M/1 queueing system. We also apply fuzzy set theory to the open central server network model with the fuzzy queues.
