Abstract
The mechanical resonance of the micro-milling machine tool directly influences machining precision of workpieces. This article introduced the design of notch filter applied in micro-milling servo control. Based on a novel miniaturized three-axis NC micro-milling machine tool, the notch filter was designed and used successfully.
