Abstract

Recently, vehicles such as hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) and electric vehicle (EV) are actively researched. This paper focuses on EV with a DC-DC converter. EV is inefficient as the battery supplies all power through the DC-DC converter all the time. This paper proposes a high efficient energy conversion system (HEECS) using two batteries: a main battery and a sub battery.
