Abstract

In this paper, a single-layer anisotropic coding metasurface is designed to work in dual-band, which has frequency- and polarization-dependent properties. By changing the frequency and polarization of the incident waves, the proposed single coding metasurface can achieve different electromagnetic (EM) functionalities independently. This design is experimentally demonstrated in the microwave frequency band and can be further exploited for realizing multifunctional devices.
