In this paper, we also propose a highly efficient interframe coding technique that uses transmission via separate channels, each having differing degrees of error protection. The main focus of this paper is on the transmission aspects of the scheme and the performance enhancement they can provide. Abstract

One of the problems faced in vehicular transmission systems is the protection of highly sensitive real-time video information against multipath fading environments.
