Analysis and Discussion on Influencing Factors of BIM-based 3D Collaborative Design Mode

Abstract

With the development of Digital China, the survey and design industry actively explores and practices new design modes to meet the needs of digital management of intelligent building design services. Based on the practice of different design modes for different facilities in an aviation hub project in China and the current situation of building design modes at home and abroad, this paper analyzes and finds the influencing factors of BIM-based 3D collaborative design mode, puts forward relevant suggestions on the possibility of future development of 3D collaborative design mode based on the current and objective situation of BIM-based 3D design mode through discussion, and provides reference for the industry construction management team to select the appropriate BIM-based 3D design mode and the focus of Party B responsible for procurement of engineering design services.
