Abstract

patients’ satisfaction are under the influence of nursing care. Conclusion: Regarding the important role of patient satisfaction with care services in improving the patient and improving the quality of health care, health policy makers should pay particular attention to removing relevant barriers and problems from both the patient and the nurses.
