Abstract

The following list of Ohio post offices shows the total county and transit authority sales tax rates in most municipalities. This is not an all inclusive list. Some Ohio municipalities do not appear on this listing because they are not large enough to have their own post offices. These smaller municipalities are included within the jurisdiction of the post offices of larger neighboring cities. The correct tax rate for those small unlisted municipalities can be determined by applying the total rate in effect within the county in which they are located. The Finder (at tax.ohio.gov) provides information on local taxing jurisdictions and tax rates for all addresses in the State of Ohio.
