This study aims to create an application for granting export/import permits for agricultural products by implementing the Iterative Dichotomizer Three (ID3) algorithm. Research methods for system development using UML including use case diagrams and class diagrams with functionality testing using the blackbox method and for feasibility testing and user satisfaction using the SUS (System Usability Scale) method. The results of this study are a web-based application for granting export/import permits for agricultural products that can facilitate checking and evaluating files in the process of granting export-import permits, can be used as a medium for companies in managing export-import permits for agricultural products so that they become more effective and efficient.
