Mobilization economy: current issues of today

Abstract

The article raises questions concerning the mobilization economy: what is a mobilization economy and according to what principles it is based on, what are its features, and as well as the conditions for transition to it. Three different models of the «mobilization economy» are considered, with different objectives, different tools and different variants for its implementation: the economy of resource mobilization; anti-crisis mobilization economy; the mobilization economy of wartime. The advantages and disadvantages of the mobilization economy are analyzed. It is concluded that in the current conditions of Russia it is absolutely necessary to change the model of the national economy with the introduction of additional elements of resource mobilization, which will provide new incentives for economic growth and social development.
