The results show that there are six factors affecting customer satisfaction with the quality of medical examination and treatment services including (1)Information, (2) Continuity and efficiency, (3) Respect and consideration, (4) Conformity, (5) Facilities and (6) Payment of medical fees at Tra Vinh University Hospital. Abstract

This study aims to examine the  factors affecting customer satisfaction with the quality of medical examination and treatment services at Tra Vinh University Hospital. 影响特拉汶大学医院医疗服务质量顾客满意度的因素研究
本研究旨在探讨影响顾客对特荣大学医院医疗检查及治疗服务品质满意度的因素。本研究选取在特荣大学医院接受医疗检查和治疗的220名顾客作为样本参与调查。本研究采用Cronbach’s Alpha、探索性因子分析(EFA)和回归分析的方法评估量表的信度。结果表明,影响顾客对特荣大学医院医疗服务质量满意度的因素有6个,包括(1)信息、(2)连续性和效率、(3)尊重和考虑、(4)一致性、(5)设施和(6)医疗费用支付。根据研究结果所反映的影响因素,笔者提出了行政影响,以提高医疗检查和治疗服务的质量,更好地满足人民群众的服务需求。
