The aim of this reasearch is  to know kinds of entomopathogenic fungus that endemic of Kalimantan Barat peat soil. This research used descriptive methods which as exploration of peat soil fungus on several locations in West Kalimantan are Rasau Jaya, Siantan and Tanjungpura University forest. Entomopathogenic fungus was obtained by trapping which apply on Tenebrio molitor larvae and isolation of peat soil. Pathogenecity of entomopathogenic fungus has been tested on T. molitor larvae. Abstract

The use of entomopathogenic fungus as an alternative pest control is an attempt to reduce the use of synthetic pesticides that have caused many environmental problems. 探索泥炭沼泽昆虫病原体真菌
昆虫病原真菌作为防治害虫的一种替代方法,是减少合成农药使用的一种尝试,合成农药造成了许多环境问题。本研究的目的是了解加里曼丹巴拉泥炭土特有的昆虫病原真菌种类。本研究采用描述性的方法,对西加里曼丹的Rasau Jaya、Siantan和Tanjungpura大学森林几个地点的泥炭土真菌进行了探索。采用诱捕法和泥炭土分离法分别对黄粉虫幼虫进行诱捕,获得昆虫病原真菌。研究了昆虫病原真菌对小蠹蛾幼虫的致病性。研究发现,哈兹木霉、黑曲霉和x真菌在不同浓度下对黑斑叶蛾幼虫的杀伤能力较低。关键词:昆虫病原,探测,真菌,泥炭土
