Bilderserie – Zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen

Abstract

KATIJA is an artist from Jena, whom I met during one of my visits to Jena. She lives with her two children in Jena and paints in her spare time. Katja says of herself that she wants to express own thoughts and feel - ings with her art. In her work one can also find a socio-critical background. This also includes her series of paintings »Zwischenmenschliches«. In this series of paintings, she has dealt with her own family history, society as well as her own positioning in it and the interactions between people.
