The paper selected a green energy project in a rural area of China as a demonstration to master the operation management level of microgrid and the utilization efficiency of renewable energy through long-term detection. Abstract

Widespread applications of microgrids not only provide strong support to the large electric system as well as save power resource cost, but also improve the environmental quality. However the payback period of microgrid construction is long. Therefore, as a necessary, the commercial application feasibility of microgrid technology in contract energy management in the photovoltaic generation widely used rural low-voltage grid is investigated.
