Practice and Exploration in Multimedia Technology Education

Abstract

Multimedia has become ubiquitous in nowadays world along with the rapid development of information technology. Yet the courses in today’s colleges could not reflect this trend. In this paper we analyze the issues in today’s multimedia education, and discuss the concepts behind the design of the multimedia course of Beihang University for undergraduate students, as well as its status of practice.
