Abstract

Smart city is an important strategy for new urbanization and informatization. It has become an urgent agenda to build a complete evaluation system and realistic construction goals of a smart city. We researched relevant literatures about smart cities and summarized the research results of smart city evaluation system, which forms the theoretical basis of this study.
