To compare and analysis the differences between CAPS and GPS in this article, first we made a brief introduction of the main difference between CAPS and GPS system, then we focused on a direct comparison between CAPS and GPS on one-way time transfer method in theoretical way and introduce the technology of virtual clock with the function of pseudo-range difference. Abstract
China Area Position System (CAPS) can provide service to China region users with the help of several commercial satellites.
