Planos de governo, educação física e eleições municipais 2016 no Rio de Janeiro

Abstract

The field of Physical Education hasbeen object of debates in relation to the public policies in multiple areas of the stateaction. This work aims to analyze the indications for Physical Education policies present in the government plans presented by the candidaciesto the city council of Rio de Janeiro of the coalitions "Por um Rio mais humano" (CRIVELLA \ PRB), "Mudar e possivel " (FREIXO \ PSOL) and "Juntos pelo Rio" (PEDRO PAULO \ PMDB) in the 2016 election. Weconclude the existence of programmatic approaches and world conceptions between the Crivella \ PRB and Pedro Paulo \ PMDB applications, as well as significant distances from the Project of Freixo \ PSOL. The se approximations and distances imply divergent conceptions about Physical Education, Sports and Education, as well as their policies. Itis also possible to observe a great distance from even the application "Change is possible" of critical accumulations of Physical Education, at times reinforcing formulations considered traditional / conservative in the field.
