Abstract

. The actinomycosis is a chronic specific infectious had discomfort in the area of surgical treatment. Two patients (7.1%) reported acute paraproctitis a few months later, which was regarded as a relapse of the disease. Conclusion. The proposed method of treatment allows us to achieve recovery in 92.9% of cases, get good functional results, reduces the total stay of patients in the hospital and reduces the total cost of their treatment.
