Abstract
The zeroth order optimal L∞ approximation of unstable linear time invariant systems is studied in this paper. A suboptimal computational scheme, based on balanced realization for unstable systems, is developed, and corresponding error bound is obtained. Also, an L∞ error bound for unstable systems is derived.
