Abstract
An integrated Lidar is designed with CWDM laser array. Its angle of view is doubled by using counter-propagating beams, angular resolution is doubled by leveraging orthogonal polarizations. Its overall performance is quadrupled. Within 60-nm wavelength-tuning range, it features 29° view together with 1.9° angular resolution.
