Abstract

This paper designs a robust H∞ controller to control the outlet temperature of heating, ventilating and air conditioning system. The temperature of the system is controlled by the proper tuning of the weighting functions of proposed H∞ controller. Simulation results compare the performance of the proposed H∞ controller with PID controller. Results show that H∞ controller provides better performance with less settling time and overshoot.
